The Financial Analyst - Telecom, holds the opportunity to play a key role in the financial support and development of the various Business units within Presidents Choice Services. The Financial Analyst will contribute to revenue assurance, weekly forecasting, reporting, and business analysis.

Key Responsibilities

The role will be a combination of Revenue Assurance and Ad-Hoc Financial Analysis.

70% Revenue Assurance
- Extract, aggregate, and maintain monthly and cumulative tracking of data from carriers and The Mobile Shop database
- Conduct detailed analyses and investigations based on raw data collected; identify cause behind discrepancies of expected revenues and revenues received from carriers
- Package relevant analysis into an easily understood format and present to both internal teams (IT, loss prevention, marketing and finance) and carriers.

30% Ad-hoc Financial Analysis
- Preparing weekly and monthly reporting of KPIs and financial performance of PC Services
- Assist in business cases, financial planning and analysis
- Assist in monthly bonus calculations for store advisors, store managers and district managers of The Mobile Shop.

**Qualifications**:

- University Degree in Business, Economics or Math
- Intermediate MS Excel skillset required (advanced formulas, reformatting data etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to successfully communicate complex problems verbally, written or via decks/presentations
- Highly organized and excellent time management skills
- Possess or pursuing an accounting designation
- Programming skills (VBA or SQL)
- Enthusiasm and/or prior experience working in the Telecom Industry
