The eCommerce Associate role is a strong support role for the eCommerce Mondelēz team. This individual will work cross functionally, manage external agencies as well as the annual eCommerce budget. The role will be both internally and externally focused with a focus on driving eCommerce excellence via improved executions across primarily search and content pillars.

**What extra ingredients you will bring**:
Solid understanding and demonstrated working experience of eCommerce and Digital platforms.

**Education / Certifications**:
University Degree in a relevant field. Ecommerce, Digital, Media, Marketing, Business Administration.

3-5 years' working experience.

Consumer Goods and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry experience.

Excellent communication skills.

Analytical Skills

Business Analysis and reporting

**Job specific requirements**:

- **Manage internal assets**:

- This role will partner with the sales and marketing functions extensively to ensure assets for eCommerce. Search and content pillars across all customers and brands will be the focus of the role.
- **External agency management**:

- The eCommerce Associate will manage Mondelēz external partners focusing on relationship management, driving higher ROAS programs and improving overall spend quality. Post event measurement across campaigns & activations will be a key component of this role.
- **Budget Management**:

- This role will own responsibility for internal budget management. Own all online executions from start to end in conjunction with the account managers across all Omni and pureplay customers.
- This role will be the key point of contact for marketing teams to ensure all assets are available online in a timely manner of the highest quality.
- Monitor and keep current on brand, category, competitor, and industry performance to identify and capitalize on emerging trends

**Travel requirements**:
Regular within GTA as well as to our head-office based in Toronto.
