Canadian Tire Corporation’s (CTC) rich heritage of serving Canadians from coast-to-coast dates back to 1922. Our vision is to become the #1 retail brand in Canada and we are focused on innovating and making important investments in our business, especially when it comes to our people. To reach our goal, we need the best talent to help us evolve and drive change across the business - and boldly help shape Canada’s retail industry. As we strive to be at the forefront of a complex and vastly changing retail industry, it is an exciting time to join the Canadian Tire family of companies.
The Associate Product Manager, eComm Fulfillment will be accountable for the successful development and delivery of operational and strategic initiatives that improve the processing of eCommerce orders at CTR and Party City stores (SFS, Responsive Cockpit).
With the Product Manager, you will establish the vision, strategy, and clear roadmap of the eComm Store Fulfilment program, as well as lead the delivery from concept to launch of capabilities and enhancements. You will continuously test, learn, analyze and deliver the best end-to-end experience for store associates and ultimately customers. To be effective, the Associate Product Manager, eComm Fulfillment must have a good understanding of the business, the stores, the external landscape and have an ability to work effectively with the complexities inherent in the related business processes.
The Associate Product Manager, eComm Store Fulfillment Experience will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain, improve and adapt the tools and processes available for CTR and Party City stores to process eCommerce orders through the Store Fulfillment system (Responsive Cockpit). Working in partnership with Store Operations, Dealers, IT and Digital Product Managers (for In Store Pickup Experience, Pickup Automation and Ship to Home Experience) you will establish the vision, strategy, and clear roadmap for the continuous improvement and evolution of automated solutions to support eComm order processing by our store network. You will lead the delivery of new capabilities and enhancements from concept to launch; and will continuously test, learn, analyze KPI results with an outcome to deliver the most optimal end-to-end experience for store staff engaging with our eComm fulfillment solutions. Using design thinking, you will bridge store, customer and channel specific needs and opportunities.
At Canadian Tire we work flexibility embracing ‘Hybrid’ whereby individuals utilize a combination of working at a CTC campus and or virtually in service of outcomes. Determined by managers, decisions around work location will be made based on business and team needs and grounded in a desire to support individual well-being and personal needs. Our goal is to empower teams and individuals to make the right decisions for them, and we expect that to look different for everyone
