**We’re looking for our next Event Porters**

The Distillery Restaurants Corp., creators of Cluny Bistro, El Catrin, Pure Spirits Oyster House & Grill, Archeo Trattoria, Madrina Bar y Tapas, District Pizza and Distillery Events (the Fermenting Cellar and The Distillery District®- Loft) are seeking experienced Event Porters to bring our Distillery Events to life Our Porters will ensure the coordination of all client event details and deliver the dream.

**Please note: You must already have legal permission to work in Canada to be considered for this role.**

**What you’ll bring to the event**:

- Set up the event space according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO)
- Lift up to 50 lbs and walk long distances over the course of a shift
- Create a positive guest experience through interaction and adherence to the steps of service
- Work safely and understand the proper set up, tear down and storage of all equipment
- Anticipate event needs and actively listen and respond positively to the direction of the Event Managers and Supervisors
- Lead team by example to exhibit, encourage and motivate DRC’s Values & Beliefs
- Complete all duties assigned to you in timely manner
- ** TEAM PLAYERS.** You like helping others and have a passion for the work you do.
- ** EXPERIENCED. **Minimum of (1) year of experience working in a Event environment is preferred.
- ** STRONG. **You're able to lift up to 80 lbs You can also walk long distances and be on your feet for an entire shift.
- ** PEOPLE PEOPLE **You’re someone who possesses an affinity for superior guest service and takes the initiative to go beyond expectations
