**We’re looking for our next Event Servers**

The Distillery Restaurants Corp., creators of Cluny Bistro, El Catrin, Pure Spirits Oyster House & Grill, Archeo Trattoria, Madrina Bar y Tapas, District Pizza and Distillery Events (the Fermenting Cellar and The Distillery District®- Loft) are seeking **experienced** Banquet Event Servers to bring our Distillery Events to life

We are looking for Servers who have worked in Events/Banquets for at least one year to join our team of motivated Event professionals and create experiences that lead to happy, lasting memories for our guests.

**Please note: You must already have legal permission to work in Canada to be considered for this role.**

**What you’ll bring to the event**:

- Anticipate guests’ service needs by actively listening and responding positively to guests’ questions, concerns and requests in an effort to resolve issues, delight and build trust
- Be knowledgeable of all food and beverage items in order to make recommendations
- Monitor food quality and presentation standards
- Be aware of any special requests, inclusive of guest allergies
- Complete opening, closing and side-duties efficiently and safely
- Communicate to all Managers any comments or information provided by guests to ensure a positive, memorable experience
- Lead team by example to exhibit, encourage and motivate DRC’s Values & Beliefs
- Other duties as assigned
- ** TEAM PLAYERS.** You like helping others and have a passion for the work you do.
- ** EXPERIENCED. **Minimum on (1) year of serving experience working in Banquet/Event environment.
- ** EDUCATED. **You have a degree/diploma in Events/Hospitality and/or the equivalent in education and experience is an asset.
- ** CERTIFIED. **You **MUST** be Ontario Smart Serve certified.
- ** PEOPLE PEOPLE **You’re someone who possesses an affinity for superior guest service and takes the initiative to go beyond expectations
