**Job Overview**
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Distillery Hands. In this role, you will be essential in supporting the production process within our distillery. You will work closely with various equipment and processes to ensure the efficient and safe production of our spirits. This position requires a strong attention to detail, a commitment to food safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Distillery Hand is generally responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, functionality, and proper operation of the manufacturing area of the Distillery. The Distillery Hand ensures that the Distillery has all available functionality to produce spirits at a consistent rate. This includes ancillary tasks in order to ensure efficient production ranging from facilities upgrades to production support.

**Duties**
- Assist in the packaging of finished products, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Support food processing operations by preparing raw materials for production.
- Fabricate and assemble equipment as needed for production processes.
- Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing work areas and adhering to food safety protocols.
- Perform basic math calculations for inventory management and product measurements.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any mechanical issues to supervisors.

**Skills**
- Experience in food/beverage processing or the alcohol industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on sanitation practices.
- Proficient in basic math skills for accurate measurements and inventory tracking.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative environment.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
