Bilingual Quality Assurance Specialist

Join our Lease Maturity team at SCI Lease Corp; currently engaged in the leasing of Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, FIAT and Maserati vehicles. Have the opportunity to jump into a fast paced and dynamic environment by becoming and critical team member in building and executing a strategy designed to support our lessee and dealer experience while maximizing residual values.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Review our off-lease vehicle condition reports submitted by our third-party vendor, written and measured against our guidelines for any wear and tear billings
- Make any necessary updates/corrections to incorrect or missing damages, or any missing equipment not identified on the report
- Confirm any reserves identified on vehicle condition reports with lessee and or dealer to have any required repairs processed in a timely manner
- Assess Car Care claims processed, including any required adjustments to ensure all payments have been collected from insurance provider for any wear and tear parameters
- Support in processing and issuing lessee pre-assessments, lease maturity statements, and issuing lessee buyout packages
- Complete end of term billing including pre assessment invoice
- Manage Bills of Sale for lessee direct buyouts
- Excellent communication skills in use of product and operations knowledge
- Ensure appropriate oversight and compliance practices in inspection reports review
- Review of inspection report data to assure data collection and supporting photo package of vehicles is in accordance with client policy and standards
- Conduct research using investigative techniques for lessee or dealer inquiries
- Other duties as may be assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**SKILLS **required
- Proficient written and verbal skills in English and French
- Experience in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Customer focused and service oriented
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail, produces work that is accurate, and produces high quality work
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to manage regular interruptions to work-flow
- Strong time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
- Aptitude for simple mathematical calculations
- Able to work under pressure within tight deadlines
- Able to handle large volumes of work

**EXPERIENCE**
- 3 years of work experience in an administrative/customer service role
- Specific experience in writing collision insurance claim estimates and damage appraisals is preferred
- Previous leasing or automotive experience is considered an asset

**EDUCATION**
- Post secondary education in related field as an asset
