**Role Overview**
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy and establishing strong relationships with potential clients and partners. You will identify new business opportunities, nurture existing client relationships, and contribute to our mission of sustainability through innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored proposals and solutions.
- Represent Ground Effects Environmental Services Inc. at industry events and conferences.
- Prepare and present compelling pitches to potential clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the environmental sector.
- Strong understanding of environmental technologies and sustainability practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sustainability and innovation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $999,999.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
