**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with problem analysis and problem definition. Lead and/or assist with the development of business cases.
- Elicit, analyze, model, and document all types of requirements.
- Facilitate sessions to define the desired processes and procedures and create process maps of the current and proposed solutions.
- Configure systems to meet requirements.
- Prepare training material and deliver training.
- Perform system testing including designing and executing test cases.
- Organize and lead user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Investigate and/or solve system issues reported by business users.
- Participate in the improvement of business analysis and testing services at WCB.
- Propose tools and processes to support requirements.
- Provide guidance to junior Business Analysts. Requirements and
**Qualifications**
CBAP Certification
Demonstrated skills in workshop facilitation, requirements modeling, and BPMN.
Knowledge of system design methodologies and information technology system architecture.
Proven ability to analyze complex problems and find innovative solutions.
Demonstrated interpersonal, management, and communication skills at all levels of the organization.
Strong oral and written skills. ITIL Certification.
Experience with SQL will be an asset.
