**Roy Foss Woodbridge** is seeking a **Full Time Licensing Administrative Clerk** to join our dynamic team.

**About the Licensing Administrative Clerk role**:

- Complete Licensing and entering of vehicles into DMS system
- Stock vehicles, file all invoices in order by stock number
- Manage dealer trades, prepare all dealer trade paperwork
- Purchase and stock office supplies
- Other administrative and general clerical duties as needed.

**What you bring to the role**:

- Must be able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over phone.
- Team-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
- Previous licensing experience in a dealership environment
- Computer literate and competent with communication equipment
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean abstract
