**Job Title: Administration Clerk (Purchasing)**
**Location: Vaughan, ONT.**
**Reports To: Purchasing Manager**
**Responsibilities**:
The primary responsibility and focus for this role will be creating POs in our system and issuing POs to vendors specifically for our major Projects team.
This role will also provide general purchasing administrative support and will maintain vendor reports and work to resolve issues.
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:
- 2-3 years of previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and administrative skills; high attention to detail
- Technical skills - MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Previous experience with COUPA is considered an asset
- Prioritize workflow to ensure deadlines are met; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
