**INTRODUCTION**

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote our agency's services and help drive client acquisition and retention. You will lead and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure our agency's brand is effectively communicated and our digital marketing efforts are successful. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital landscape, excellent communication skills, and a creative mindset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and increase brand awareness.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify target markets, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Create and optimize engaging content across various digital channels to attract and engage target audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing collateral.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms, and recommend innovative strategies to maximize marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers to expand the agency's network and generate leads.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum return on investment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing in a digital technology agency or related industry.
- Proven experience in marketing with extensive B2B background.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and present ideas effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
