What You’ll Be Doing As a member of the Personal Banking Team, you’ll provide leadership and expertise in directing and managing all sales and service activities for Personal Banking across your Market to achieve/exceed objectives. As a Market Vice President, Personal Banking, you will champion CIBC’s vision of being the Leader in Client Relationships by focusing on relationship management and new business origination with target clients and prospects to drive financial performance. Monitor market performance, implement action plans to close gaps, collaborate with partners to maximize opportunities, and manage risk to safeguard the bank, clients and shareholders.
