What you'll be doing
As a member of the Personal Banking Team, you'll be providing leadership and expertise in directing and managing all sales and service activities for Personal Banking across your Market in order to achieve/exceed objectives. As a Market Vice President, Personal Banking, you will champion CIBC's vision of being the Leader in Client Relationships by focusing on relationship management and new business origination activities with target clients and prospects in order to achieve desired client results and drive financial performance.

How you'll succeed
- Client Excellence – Establish a world-class sales and service culture which is proactive in helping clients achieve their ambitions.
- Results Driven Leadership - Build a culture of collaboration across multiple client offers so that clients are served by those best able to meet their financial goals. Monitor the Market's business performance and put action plans into place to close any gaps. Work collaboratively with all partners to maximize market opportunities and increase the Market's overall performance. Manage and minimize risk to safeguard our bank, clients and shareholders.
- People Leadership – Lead and coach a high performing management team to deepen client relationships and grow business to CIBC. Provide meaningful development opportunities for employees and challenge people at all levels to re-think the way they do business.
