Proposal & Product Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities for this position will include (but not limited to):
- Curate and Organize Project Proposals: Develop and manage new project proposals, qualifications packages (RFQ/RFP), client presentations, and project/services write-ups for crane and construction services.
- Technical Writing: Adapt and create both short, qualifications-based documents and long-form, project-specific write-ups tailored to site challenges, design team relationships, etc. Strategic thinking based on RFP requirements is essential.
- Marketing Materials: Assist in the development of new qualifications materials and literature for proposal responses. Manage marketing materials, SWAG, and event coordination.
- Field Site Visits: Conduct site visits to gather pictures and video footage for marketing purposes.
- Video Development: Develop videos for use on the company website and social media platforms.
- Website Management: Manage and update the company website.
- Manage company social media accounts: Ensure engaging, accurate and interesting campaigns, posts and stories. Create captivating captions.
- Knowledge Development: Maintain detailed knowledge of the company's services and past work. Participate in additional business development activities, including fielding incoming client calls and estimating, based on aptitude and interest.
- General Business Development Admin Assistance: Provide general administrative support for business development activities.

Skills & Experience
- Education: Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Experience in writing, business development, or sales (agency or in-house); a background in architecture, design, and/or engineering preferred.
- Marketing Skills: Experience in digital, email, and social media marketing preferred.
- Multi-tasking Ability: Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with high urgency, attention to detail, proactiveness, and comfortability working with senior management.
- Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Adobe suite, Photoshop, Microsoft Office/Office 365, Canva or other design software platforms.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English, with attention to detail and ability to phrase broad ideas concisely.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and foster relationships.
- Availability: Available to work in the office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
