Become the new **General Manager **of **Tapley's Neighbourhood Pub**

Tapley’s Neighbourhood Pubhas been serving up good times, good drinks, and good food since 1981. Tapley’s, Whistler’s first pub, embodies all that is classically Whistler - warmth, conviviality, and comfort. A locals favourite for decades, Tapley’s, is made for beer drinking, catching a game, and making yourself at home. From local craft beer to international favorites, golf to hockey, poutine to pizza (or flatbreads to be more precise); this lively local institution has seen its share of fun times.

We are looking to build a team that provides a first-class experience for our guests and members as well as being a role model and mentor to your team members. You will help ensure an amazing guest experience as well as guiding the company towards profitability and long-term success with a key focus in driving revenue.

**Core responsibilities include**:

- Uphold Core Values: Have Fun, Encourage Trust, Show Kindness, Act like an Owner & Hustle
- Assist with hitting venue critical number (Hook Ups), ensure Hook Up completion
- Quarterly Marketing & Event execution
- Full sales & product knowledge
- Schedule and manage team
- Staff training, ensuring the team understand the programming and targets for the day including product knowledge
- Shift inventory to ensure the business is set up for success the following shift
- Stay on top of trends: Keep up with the latest trends in the food and beverage industry and adjust your offerings accordingly.
