Then this is an opportunity for you.**_ **Job Summary** This is a full-time role responsible for supporting day-to-day operational functions across multiple departments. The Operations Coordinator will assist with inventory control and distribution, order processing, vendor and customer coordination, and general administrative and technology support. This position is ideal for someone highly organized, adaptable, and eager to ensure smooth business operations. **Core Responsibilities and Duties** - Coordinate distribution and dispatching of goods based on sales and replenishment needs. - Assist with processing returns, damaged goods, and discrepancies, ensuring proper documentation and resolution. - Maintain accurate inventory records and support audits, spot checks, and cycle counts. - Support order management, including e-commerce and in-store sales orders, coordinating with internal teams and external customers. - Communicate with vendors, customers, and cross-functional departments to resolve issues and maintain service levels. - Provide first-line support for basic IT or systems issues and escalate as required. - Assist with customer pickups, logistics arrangements, and delivery coordination. - Prepare reports, track operational metrics, and support process improvement initiatives. - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and data entry. **Qualifications and Skills** - High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in supply chain, business, or operations is an asset). - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working across departments. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and ability to learn new systems quickly. - Basic technical aptitude or experience troubleshooting common IT/software issues. - Prior experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or administrative coordination preferred. **Who we are looking for** You’ll thrive in this role if you: - Are adaptable and comfortable with learning new systems and processes. - Can approach challenges with curiosity, initiative, and problem-solving skills. - Value teamwork and collaboration while also being able to work independently. - Are interested in building a long-term career **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $18.50 per hour Expected hours: 42.5 per week **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - On-site parking - Store discount Ability to commute/relocate: - Mississauga, ON L4Y 4E3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Language**: - English (required) Licence/Certification: - Class G Licence (preferred) Work Location: In person
