**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing the training and development of our valet team members. The Operations Coordinator will report to the
Operational Management Team and work closely with HR to ensure new hires and existing staff receive comprehensive training and support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct new hire training sessions and ensure all new team members receive proper training
- Conduct site-specific training for valet staff at various locations
- Review and monitor the progress of online courses to ensure all staff members are up to date with required training
- Provide re-training and additional support for existing staff members who are struggling or have performance issues

**Secondary Job Duties**
- Conduct quality assurance checks at events and contract sites to ensure all service standards are met
- Fill in for key roles on the field as needed
- Other duties assigned by operational management team

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in operations or training role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other software as required
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Must have access to your own vehicle

**Salary**: From $26.00 per hour
