FST is a recovery and training facility focused on holistic health.
Our clinic bridges the worlds of therapy, rehab and prehab, with a practitioner team specialized in patient-focused treatments and a training facility built for recovery.

**About the Role**
We are searching for a highly creative and organized individual, responsible for assisting with facility-related projects and promotions, managing social media content, and helping to grow the Functional Strength and Therapy brand.
The Operational Assistant will play an exciting role in developing and executing on new facility initiatives - both online and in-person.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in developing and executing growth-oriented projects
- Create, manage, and monitor social media initiatives.
- Assist the Director of Fitness with facility projects, events, and administrative tasks.
- Support members with our facility software.
- Create new and exciting ways to engage with the fitness community.
**Preferred Experience and Skills**
- 1-2 years of related work experience, or schooling in a related field.
- Firm understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- A keen interest in developing and implementing new growth initiatives.
- A positive energy and ambitious attitude.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 - 20 per week
**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
