By constantly innovating our offering in collaboration with architects and engineers, our products raise the bar in what our design and construction partners are able to achieve in brick, block and stone construction.

We are currently looking to add a full-time Forklift Operator to work at our Gormley location. This position will work closely with the Plant Manager and is primarily responsible for operating a forklift, loading and unloading materials within the manufacturing plant.

**Responsibilities**
- Safely and efficiently operate a forklift, or other machinery used for transporting or shipping materials
- Load, unload, locate, relocate, pack, and unpack materials
- Label, sort and track incoming and outgoing items
- Relocate items within the manufacturing plant
- Carefully handle and dispose of hazardous waste materials whenever necessary
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
- Assist with other plant duties as needed

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing environment
- Valid forklift certification required
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with the equipment
- Ability to perform order picking efficiently and accurately
- Capable of heavy lifting as required in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in using plant management systems to manage inventory
- Ability to work scheduled overtime as required, including Saturdays
- Must be willing to work on site Monday to Friday, and Saturdays as needed
- Comfortable working outside all year around

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
