**Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator**

**About Us**:
Caliber Sport Systems is a leading provider of sports flooring and athletic equipment supply and installation. We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our Calgary, AB team.

**Position Overview**:
The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator is essential in managing our Calgary warehouse operations, ensuring efficient shipment coordination, material handling, and inventory control. This role supports our sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage shipments, including those with Canadian and US brokers.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup on time (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
- Document the time of departures and arrivals of shipments.
- Receive and process warehouse inventory (pick, unload, label, store).
- Perform inventory controls and maintain high-quality standards for audits.
- Inspect stock for damages and document any discrepancies.
- Organize supplies, products, and equipment for easy accessibility.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment while optimizing space utilization.
- Do local pickups and deliveries on an as needed basis
- Enter daily logs into the inventory system, report any inconsistencies in inventory or operations.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
- Maintain and operate warehouse vehicles and equipment (e.g., forklifts, telehandlers).
- Use manual or electronic inventory systems to track orders and inventory levels.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Key Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or GED.
- 3 years of experience working as a general laborer, preferably in a warehouse setting.
- Valid Drivers, Forklift and Telehandler license, with proficiency in operating forklifts.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies.
- Proven understanding of inventory stocking procedures.

- Strong oral and written communication skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Standard schedule: 9 AM to 5 PM, Mondays to Fridays.
- Frequent lifting of objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
