We are seeking a motivated **Logistics Coordinator** with strong attention to detail to provide dispatch and sales support in our busy industrial office located in SE Calgary. Use your strengths of organization and time-management to ensure orders are shipped efficiently while maintaining accurate daily records in our ERP system according to company policies and procedures. **Do you feel confident to**:

- Allocate material to sales orders, remans, and complete remans.
- Prepare dispatches and freight allocations
- Be responsible for Interbranch transfer trucking
- Coordinate, schedule, and track deliveries
- Ensure all transfers are printed and given to the warehouse
- Review transfer summaries, make necessary corrections, notify appropriate contacts
- Compare confirmations to POs and scan into ERP storage system. Notify purchasers of any discrepancies and follow up to resolve.
- Scan POD, Pick Tickets, and order confirmations into the ERP document storage system
- Assist warehouse staff with issues involving inventory scanners and enlist IT support as required.
- Participate in Lacey Act, FSC, and Safety initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- 3 years of experience in an administrative or logístical support role.
- Dispatch experience is an asset
- Proficiency with computers and data entry required including knowledge of MS 365.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Free parking is provided.

**Schedule and Reporting Relationships**

FT in office, M-F, 8am
- 5pm

This role reports to the General Manager

**Company Information**

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
