**The Opportunity**

**Viaggio Hospitality Group** is looking for a **General Manager** to lead the teams at the **Cibo, Uva & RedCard**. The ideal person will have a sincere passion for hospitality and service, many years’ experience in a Restaurant General Manager (GM) position combined with strong knowledge of wine and cocktails. We are looking for an ambitious self-starter; someone who will look at the business as if it’s their own and will proactively contribute on all levels. They will feel confident in all areas of the restaurant (BOH & FOH) - to ensure the restaurant maximizes each guest experience from beginning to end.

**The GM **will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurants including sales, fiscal operations, accounting, recruitment, high-quality training, and maintenance of the building and equipment. Additionally, the GM will be responsible for managing the revenue with the goal being to exceed budget and preserve cost-effectiveness and profitability in agreement with company policies.

They will be required to prepare monthly reports for the corporate office and should have the ability to follow corporate office financial procedures, including but not restricted to; handling cash, credit cards, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and all other financial transactions.

Lastly, the GM is responsible for hiring, mentoring and guiding the team to achieve success both personally and professionally.

**What You Have**
- Min 5 years of experience and proven ability to manage and maintain the highest service standards
- Experience overseeing multiple venues
- Strong knowledge of wine and cocktails with minimum WSET or CMS level 2 or equivalent
- Proven ability to grow business, increase sales and drive traffic and improve guest experience at the same time

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
