Large-scale flooring company, over 45 years in operation, seeking a full-time permanent office admin for busy office environment. Minimum 2 years of previous office experience required. Excellent opportunity for a career-minded individual with the desire to succeed
**Duties**:
- Typing invoices
- data entry
- Following required administrative procedures
**Experience/Skills Required**:
- Flexible personality with an ability to handle change in an organized and efficient manner
- experience in a busy office environment
- Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office - especially Outlook and Excel-experience with Simply Accounting or Quickbooks is an asset-punctual and extremely organized
- Fluency in English - Ability to write, speak and interact clearly and professionally
- Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills-outgoing and positive attitude-strong computer and typing skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
