Looking for a Sharp, Organized Real Estate Assistant (Remote Calgary Position)
I’m looking for more than just an assistant — I’m looking for a smart, reliable, quick-on-your-feet kind of person who’s ready to jump into a fast-paced real estate world and thrive.
First and foremost, you must have exceptional attention to detail. If you're someone who double-checks everything, communicates clearly, and takes pride in precision — you're already ahead of the game.
If you’re organized, intuitive, and tech-savvy, and love the idea of supporting a growing business while keeping everything on track behind the scenes — this might just be your perfect fit.
Here’s what I need:
- Someone who can organize the business and also assist in daily life logistics — think scheduling, task management, and the occasional errand to mix up the day
- A tech problem solver — someone who can help troubleshoot or implement simple IT solutions as things come up
- Social media skills? Big bonus. Helping create posts and managing a bit of the online presence would be incredibly helpful
- A lead-nurturing, follow-up-loving person who enjoys staying in touch with clients and keeping the pipeline moving
- Someone who can help coordinate client appreciation events, organize thoughtful gifts, and keep us top of mind with our amazing clients
- Most of all — someone who works hard, cares deeply, and is ready to partner in big growth
This role is remote and flexible, but keep in mind: real estate doesn’t stick to a 9-5. Some days are busier than others, and you’ll need to roll with the ebb and flow.
I won’t be micromanaging. Once you’re familiar with the systems, I’ll trust you to get things done. If you’re someone who thrives on independence and being trusted to own your responsibilities — we’ll get along great.
Experience in real estate is highly preferred — especially familiarity with Alberta forms, RECA compliance, MLS systems, showing scheduling tools, contract prep, CRM management, and all the other fun that comes with the territory.
**Typical Real Estate Assistant tasks might include**:
- Managing listings and coordinating showings
- Preparing CMA reports, contracts, and listing documentation
- Updating CRM systems and following up with leads/clients
- Coordinating home inspections, lawyers, and appraisals
- Handling back-end paperwork for transactions
- Managing databases, calendars, and project timelines
- Supporting marketing and listing launch efforts
**Compensation: $25/hour**, negotiable based on experience.
Lead conversion bonuses will be discussed during the interview process.
