Lizotte and Associates Real Estate, Calgary’s leading independent Commercial Real Estate brokerage, is looking for driven individuals to join our team of professionals.

We are currently seeking Commercial Real Estate Sales Assistants with a desire to become industry leading agents for our Calgary office who share a passion for creating innovative real estate solutions and are fueled by self-initiative and success.
- **This position is a great way to get your foot in the door to a career in commercial real estate while completing your real estate licensing. If you are currently working on your real estate license, please add this information to your resume.**_

**PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 100% COMMISSION BASED POSITION**

**Duties**:

- Make cold calls to find new clients
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials for all transactions
- Schedule showing appointments and follow-up
- Prepare listing paperwork
- Lead generation and business development
- Support associates in all aspects of the business
- Monitor and maintain client database as transactions are completed
- Work closely with the marketing coordinator and prepare all listing materials

- A forward thinking, creative individual with high ethical standards and a professional demeanor
- Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and follow up on transaction details and deadlines
- Superior verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear and consistency in delivery of the team messaging
- Professional and trustworthy with confidential and sensitive information
- Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills, including ability to resolve disputes and observe confidentiality
- Capable of engaging a diverse set of clients
