We have an immediate need for a part-time** Receptionist **to support our dealership in** **delivering an exceptional experience to all of our customers. The successful incumbent must be available to work a mix of evening shifts (5-8pm) and Saturdays (8am-5pm), with the potential for more hours to cover vacations and during busy season. The role reports to the full-time Receptionist.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering incoming calls
- Greeting customers upon arrival at the dealership
- Performing opening and closing routines
- Additional ad hoc support as per the direction of the Full-Time Receptionist, General Manager or Sales Management

Experience and Attributes
- Proffesional and courteous with customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective multi-tasker who can seamlessly juggle multiple deadlines and processes
- Detail oriented individual who takes pride in the accuracy of their work
- Strong computer skills, with a track record of learning new programs with ease.
- Punctuable and reliable

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Ontario Driver's License and a clean drivers record
