**Clinic Receptionist - Proactive Health and Performance**

Are you an energetic and personable administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting? Scarborough Village Physio & Chiro is looking for an **experienced front desk superstar** to join our interdisciplinary wellness team

We’re a busy rehabilitation and wellness clinic that puts patient care first. Our team of chiropractors, physiotherapists, RMTs, and psychotherapists work collaboratively to help our patients achieve their best recovery. Now, we’re looking for someone who can be the friendly, organized face of our clinic.

**About You**:

- You are an **extrovert** with excellent customer service skills.
- You **must have experience working in a rehabilitation, physiotherapy, chiropractic, or wellness clinic**.
- You **must have experience with Jane or Juvonno EMR software**.
- You are proactive, professional, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- You are confident on the phone and enjoy interacting with patients.

**Position Details**:

- **Job Title**: Clinic Receptionist
- **Job Type**: Part-time (approx. 20 hours/week)
- **Location**: Scarborough, ON (in-person role)
- **Hourly Rate**: From $17.20/hr

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check in patients warmly and professionally
- Book, adjust, and confirm appointments using **Jane or Juvonno**:

- Process payments and perform direct billing to insurance providers
- Assist with tracking of MVA and WSIB treatments
- Maintain a clean and welcoming clinic space (some light cleaning/laundry)
- Perform reminder and recall calls
- Support clinic manager with daily administrative tasks

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar clinic environment**:

- **Proficiency with Jane or Juvonno (must-have)**:

- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Ability to follow direction and work independently
- Must be punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
