Thank you for taking the time to look at our job posting. Our medical center is a well-established family practice. Started in 1991, we have been servicing the medical needs of patients in Mississauga and the surrounding area. Our most recent physician began practising here in 2015.
Applications are for a **part-time **position as an evening Medical Office Assistant (MOA) and runner at a busy multi-physician family medicine clinic in Mississauga. The clinic has been servicing the Mississauga area since 1991, and is well-established within the medical community.
Applicants must be available to work Monday to Thursday evenings approximately 4pm to 7pm, and some Saturdays from 9am to 12pm. Additional hours can be available during the summer months as well. The nature of the scheduling makes this role is suitable for students.
Your primary role will be supporting the after-hours clinic in a direct patient-facing role by checking patients in and leading them to the examination rooms. Additional tasks may include filing, faxing, and communicating with other allied healthcare workers. You will receive excellent training from three senior MOAs, who have worked with the company for up to thirty years

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

- 4 hour shift
- Evening shift
COVID-19 considerations:
Our office has full PPE available if necessary. Although the COVID situation is fluid, for now our waiting room is limited, and patients are split between virtual and coming in to the office. Our front desk is protected by a glass barrier.
