**Summary**

As a Medical Office Assistant, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our Family Practice Clinic, reporting directly to the Office Manager/Physician. Your core responsibilities will include managing electronic medical records, assisting at the front desk, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient patient flow.

Experience as a Medical Office assistant in a Family Practice Clinic is required & proficiency in PS Suite EMR is preferred.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Maintain and update electronic medical records accurately and efficiently.
- Handle multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments and address inquiries.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing and managing patient documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including maintaining First Aid Certification.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care and office operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
