Timbel Limited is a sewer and watermain construction company located in the Greater Toronto Area. Having been incorporated in 1987, Timbel has completed many complex and intricate municipal projects which include the installation of sanitary forcemains, storm and sanitary sewers including deep, vertical, closed-sheathing trenches, and watermains. Safety is of utmost importance to everyone at Timbel Limited and it is shown by Timbel receiving COR Certification from the IHSA.

**_Heavy Equipment Operators_**

**We require experience in the following tasks;**
- **Excavating around utilities**:

- **Excavating trenches as a mainline operator for sewer and water**:

- **Excavating and installing shafts up to 8m deep using steel shoring boxes and plates**

Operators will be responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of the equipment. Our Operators are also required to work with rigging hardware to safely install infrastructure. Mainline Equipment Operators will be responsible for the installation of trenches, protective shoring and for installing sewers and watermains with associated services. Operators must be knowledgeable of equipment capacities and lift charts, and how to read them. Operators must always use equipment according to Manufacturer’s recommendations and the OHSA.

*An AZ/DZ licence for any position would be an asset*

Timbel Limited is affiliated with LIUNA Local 183 and IUOE Local 793. Field employees must either be part of one of these unions or have the intention to join.

All unionized employees will be compensated according to the 183/793 compensation and benefits package.
