Operations & Customer Support Associate

Overview: We are looking for a reliable, organized Operations & Customer Support Associate to handle day-to-day operations, customer communication, and basic administrative duties. This role involves a mix of customer service, inventory coordination, returns management, and catalogue updates.
This is a hands-on position with on-site responsibilities (inventory, returns, product verification).
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries by email, phone, and live chat
- Provide product information, order support, and issue resolution
- Communicate professionally with clinics and suppliers
Inventory & Catalogue Management
- Perform physical inventory checks for accuracy
- Verify stock counts, expiry dates, and lot numbers
- Update online product listings, prices, availability, and details
- Assist with adding new SKUs and improving product data
Returns & RMA Processing
- Receive and inspect returned products
- Confirm lot numbers and product condition
- Coordinate restocking, replacements, and documentation
Website & Minor Admin Tasks
- Make small updates to the website/catalogue
- Maintain organized records and basic reconciliations
- Support the owner with operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 1–3 years in customer service, office operations, e-commerce, or administration
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Comfortable using computers, online platforms, and basic Excel/Sheets
- Detail-oriented and highly reliable
- Ability to work independently and follow structured processes
- Experience in dental/medical products or Shopify is an asset but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $43,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
