About the Role

Dental Finds is a lean, fast-growing e-commerce business in the medical/dental supply space. We operate like a startup: small team, fast decisions, meaningful work, and lots of room to grow.

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-driven, reliable person to work directly with the Founder and help the business run day to day. This is a "many hats" role for someone who likes solving problems, keeping things organized, and making operations run smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Founder with daily operational tasks
  • Organize and maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and documentation
  • Assist with customer communication (email/phone/chat) in a clear and professional manner
  • Track orders, shipments, and returns
  • Update product information and maintain clean, accurate data
  • Help build checklists, templates, and processes
  • Assist with inventory updates and small catalogue/website changes (training provided)
  • Solve small operational issues as they come up

E-commerce experience is a bonus, but not required. The right attitude matters more.

  • Comfortable with computers, spreadsheets, and learning new tools

  • Experience in admin, e-commerce, pharmacy, dental/medical supply, or customer support is an asset (not required)
