New-Line is looking for an experienced **Account Representative** to join our expanding company. This role will be home based out of Surrey BC. The successful applicant has a passion for winning, growing and retaining business and for providing exemplary customer service at all times. **Core Job Responsibilities**
- Research prospective customer opportunities by assessing potential and ROI
- Qualify new accounts; identify needs and personally provide quotes and follow up
- Review, understand and negotiate terms and conditions with customers
- Maintain existing customer accounts through service and attention
- Respond to customer inquiries, orders or quotes in an expedient and effective manner
- Maintain accurate calendar and CRM databases
**Role Requirements**
- Minimum of 2 years industrial B2B Field Sales experience required
- CRM, Excel, and Outlook experience preferred
- Passion for industrial sales and service
- Mechanically inclined
- Previous Hose & Fitting knowledge would be an asset
- A valid class 5 Drivers License with clean drivers report and a clean, well kept vehicle in good working order
