**Sales Representative - Commission-Based Opportunity**

We are looking for a highly motivated **Sales Representative** to join our team This is a **commission-based** opportunity, ideal for a results-driven individual with a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.

**What You’ll Do**
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients and build long-term relationships.
- Manage existing accounts, ensuring top-tier customer service and retention.
- Use technical knowledge to confidently present and explain our products and services.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using **Salesforce or similar CRM software**.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Fluent in Punjabi and English** (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a customer service role.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Experience in **outside sales, technology sales, or related fields** is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with **Salesforce or other CRM tools** is preferred.

Pay: $22.00-$43.86 per hour
