Are you an experienced hospitality professional with strong leadership skills?

We are looking for a **Restaurant / Lounge Lead & Supervisor** to oversee operations and ensure an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

**Duties & Qualifications**:

- Must have good verbal communication skills.
- Engaging and enthusiastic - you enjoy getting to know people
- Attentive and motivated - you take pride in your work
- A self-starter who takes accountability and initiative, who can work successfully independently or as part of a team
- Passionate about hospitality, food, and beverages
- Cleaning and resetting tables
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Service experience is an asset
- Certified in Serving It Right
- Legally entitled to work in Canada

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily restaurant and lounge operations to maintain exceptional service standards.
- Create and manage staff schedules, including **evening and split shifts** as needed.
- Train, mentor, and support staff to ensure consistency in service and professionalism.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and timely service.
- Hire and onboard new team members, providing clear direction and leadership.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate special events and guest needs.
- Be flexible and available to **cover shifts when needed, including weekends and mornings**.
- Handle guest complaints promptly, resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction, and follow up as necessary.
- Maintain meticulous records of restaurant transactions, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to enhance restaurant performance and profitability.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of restaurant equipment and machinery by coordinating maintenance and repair tasks.

- Previous experience in a leadership role within a restaurant, lounge, or hospitality setting.
- Strong ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on, proactive approach to service and operations.
- Flexibility to work a **varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, morning shifts, and split shifts**.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
