The Role
As a key member of our team the Golf Service Back Shop Supervisor is responsible for setting a stellar example of the execution of key Back Shop duties, including care of the power cart fleet, storage of the Passholders and rental golf club, and regular maintenance of the golf practice areas. They are also accountable for training, scheduling, and approving payroll for the Back Shop team.

Your contributions to the team include:
  • Take the lead in keeping facilities immaculate and ensure it always stocked.
  • Assist in all daily course operations, tournaments, and events.
  • Responsible for golf cart preparation, coordination, and cleaning.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the Back Shop areas.
  • Maintain constant communication with the team and management.
  • Train new hires to the Back Shop team.
  • Additional tasks and duties as assigned.
A few things we are looking for in a new team member:
  • 2+ years experience as a supervisor/leader.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Previous Golf Industry experience is an asset.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and, able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
  • Strong team and communication skills.
  • Able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
