**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service.
- Support the hiring process by participating in interviews and onboarding new employees.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to develop strategies for improving service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage spaces.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership qualities with strong communication skills.
- Experience in bartending is a plus but not required.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.50 per hour
