- Business Administrative Diploma is an asset.
- Quickbooks knowledge is an asset
- Accurate, organized, hardworking, reliable, independent self-starter, detail orientated.
- Microsoft Office proficiency required
- The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Must be a team player who is flexible and adaptable
**Description**
- Organize files and documents on company assets
- Back up for the administrative team, assist sales team and management
- Work with various departments to ensure work is completed efficiently
- Respond to vendors and customers
- Purchasing equipment, supplies, and products
- Receiving guest
- Organize and maintain office common areas
- Maintaining office equipment as needed
- Accounts Payables
- Perform other duties as assigned
