**OPPORTUNITY**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Accounts Payable/Receivable Management**
- Oversee the accounts payable process ensuring accuracy and providing oversight of the fund administrator’s AP process.
- Review invoices to the funds for potential errors or discrepancies ensuring the correct entities and tax are billed.

**Financial Analysis and Reporting**
- Prepare credit compliance reporting.
- Assist in preparation of annual tax compliance reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, company policies, and internal controls.

**Process Improvement and Automation**
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and automation as well as opportunities to create synergies across business units.
- Work closely with corporate AP team and Infrastructure funds team to implement and improve upon current AP processes

**Requirements**:
**KEY QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in accounts payable role
- Demonstrated experience optimizing AP processes.
- Proficient in financial analysis, reporting, and data driven decision making.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

**LOCATION**

The position will be based out of the Oakville office. Fengate offers a Work-Flex policy where employees are allowed to work remotely up to 3 days per week.
