**Position Summary**:
This dynamic and multifaceted role supports the delivery and administration of Family Justice’s three professional certificate programs while serving as Tier 1 IT support for the provincially mandated Parenting After Separation courses. They may also assist in other areas of the division.

Acting as the initial point of contact for public inquiries and technical troubleshooting, the position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth user experience for individuals navigating sensitive family transitions. The incumbent will mail out completion certificates, work to resolve access issues, support the implementing of course updates, and assist with course outages. They will assist with data management and support statistical reporting, as well as manage records for user accounts.

In addition to providing Tier 1 IT assistance, the role supports all aspects of course and class administration—from managing registrations, student records, and classroom logistics to coordinating instructor travel and ensuring materials are current and accessible. Additional duties include preparing class masters and verifying Colleague entries for accuracy. The Program Representative books rooms, sets up classrooms, and makes sure that the required room equipment is present. They edit, format, and order course materials and maintain course files. Additionally, they enter student grades, track assignment submissions, and set up course evaluations.

With additional responsibilities in general administration, including financial processing and maintaining digital records, documenting work processes, and drafting correspondence, this position is essential to the seamless operation of the program and its learner-centered mission.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Secondary school graduation plus five (5) years related office experience or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience
- Post secondary education in a directly related field from a recognized post secondary institution is an asset
- Proficiency in Colleague, Blackboard, and WordPress would be an asset
- Advanced user ability in standard office software
- Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in specialized software
- Excellent tact and discretion in handling private and confidential information
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage workflow
- Proven ability to work effectively and independently, and in a team environment
- Well developed verbal communication and writing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with the public, with varying degrees of technological and communication skills, and high emotional needs
- Ability to prioritize and process a large volume of work meeting prescribed deadlines
- Ability to process work with a high degree of accuracy and comprehend instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to liaise effectively with a wide variety of internal and external contacts
- Ability to exercise good judgment and deal with confidential matters
- Word processing ability of 50 wpm minimum

We offer compensation in lieu of benefits and vacation for the duration of this term role.

**Salary Range**:
$29.29 to $31.30 per hour. Salary and wage increments are in accordance with the Collective Agreement. (BCGEU Pay Grid 11)
