The Junction Café at the Justice Institute of B.C. (JIBC) New Westminster is growing and has cashier/general help positions available:
Cashiers & General Help
7:30- 1:00 or 11:30-3:00
Monday to Friday

Pay
$16-$18/hr, depending on experience

Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for individuals who can provide excellent customer service, interact and engage with all of our customers, and work well both individually and as part of a team. Experience in relevant roles is an asset, but is not required and we are willing to train individuals we consider a good fit for the role.

Food Safe Certification and previous experience in catering would also be considered an asset though are not necessary.

Who We Are
The Junction Café is a family-run business with a friendly, close-knit customer base. You will work closely with your team members and members of the JIBC to provide prompt and friendly service to students and faculty. Responsibilities may include the preparation of food, stock/preparation, cashier duties, cleaning, and other miscellaneous roles.

Positions/Hours

The Café will be open from 7:30 am - 3:00 pm Mon-Fri; no weekends, holidays or night shifts will be required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
