**Director of Marketing**

**We are looking for someone skilled in marketing strategies who can lead the team and manage projects from start to end. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with the existing company culture and processes.**

Experience within the restaurant industry especially experience in the quick-service pizza sector is considered an asset.

**Responsibilities**:
**- To maximize the return from the $1+ Million Marketing budget.**
- Oversee all marketing activities at Freshslice Pizza, including the development and implementation of strategies to strengthen our market presence and establish a unique brand identity within the pizza industry.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of increasing market share and maximizing revenues in previous positions.
- Direct the team in designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Possess a deep understanding of planning and purchasing major media channels, both traditional and digital.
- Develop and monitor budgets, effectively allocating resources among projects.
- Supervise a team responsible for graphic design and digital marketing.
- Exhibit exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Oversee the production of valuable, innovative content for our online presence and design.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field (mandatory).
- Proven experience as a Marketing leader.
- Excellent management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current and online marketing techniques and best practices.
- Thorough understanding of web analytics, Google AdWords, and SEO.
- Must live within a 30-minute commute from the office (this is not a remote position).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
