**About the Role**

As our Fractional Marketing Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and executing effective marketing strategies. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement marketing initiatives that align with our business objectives.

This position offers flexibility to be either hybrid or remote.

**You will**:

- **Brand Strategy**:

- Develop and refine our brand identity and messaging.
- Create a strong brand positioning strategy to differentiate us in the **software development** market.
- Develop and implement a robust brand guidelines document.
- ** Content Creation**:

- Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, case studies, and whitepapers, tailored to a **tech-savvy audience**.
- Develop and execute a content calendar to maintain a consistent content flow.
- Optimize content for SEO and social media.
- ** Marketing Campaigns**:

- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive customer acquisition within the **software development industry**.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to measure ROI.
- ** Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the development team to understand product features and benefits.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- ** Budget Management**:

- Manage the marketing budget effectively and allocate resources efficiently.

**You have**:

- Proven experience as a marketing director or similar role in a **software development company** or **technology-focused business**.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, particularly in the **tech industry**.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with digital marketing automation tools.
- A passion for technology and a keen eye for detail.
