**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily office operations related to the stone industry such as weekly schedules, and sending estimates and invoices.
- Oversee front desk activities, including managing phone systems and greeting visitors.
- Assist in pricing jobs from customer, contractors and builders.
- Manage payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.
- Facilitate human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement organizational systems to streamline office procedures.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order necessary materials as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with different types of stones and design is plus.
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office technology.
- Knowledge of Ceridian Payroll and QuickBooks Online is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.

English language is a must.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
