**Key Responsibilities**
- Enter all AP invoices into the coding/approval routing process,
- Enter AP and AR invoices accurately into the accounting software (Sage 100 Contractor and QuickBooks Desktop),
- Reconcile vendor statements - research and resolve discrepancies,
- Maintain vendor files,
- Process electronic AP payments,
- Collections follow up on AR invoices,
- Reconcile and record employee expense report disbursements.

**You Are Someone Who**
- Has full knowledge of AR and AP cycle and wants a career in construction finance,
- Has completion of Grade 12 and post-secondary accounting/bookkeeping courses or relevant administration courses,
- Has at least one year related accounting/bookkeeping, accounts payables or receivables experience,
- Wants to work toward continuing your accounting and finance education,
- Would like to work with a fast-growing company that provides training, excellent pay and benefits.
