**Job Summary**
Responsible for general upkeep, repairs, and maintenance of Fraser River properties, including pool care, to ensure they are safe, clean, and in good working order.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform routine inspections of properties
- Carry out minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting)
- Maintain heating, cooling, and lighting systems
- Handle seasonal work such as snow removal and lawn care
- Clean and maintain pools, including water testing and chemical balancing
- Keep common areas and outdoor spaces clean and safe
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly
- Coordinate work with external contractors when required

**Qualifications**
- Previous property/building maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic repairs, building systems, and pool care
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physically able to lift, climb, and work in various weather conditions
- **Valid driver’s license is mandatory
