'Must Haves' For This Position:
- Rental Property Management License
in BC - Phenomenal Communication Skills
on all mediums (in person, video, phone, text, & email) - Humble and Self Aware
, willing to discuss and share ideas, take constructive feedback wherever needed to improve - Driven to Learn, Grow and Innovate
- always hungry to learn new approaches, systems and processes - Comfortable with Tech
- We use a CRM for owners and properties, a Rental Application App, Process Management, Digital Inspections, Online Data Collection and AI tools. You'll need to comfortable with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Drive and Sheets) and a number of apps. The tools will change over time so being adaptable with technology is critical. - Prior experience in customer service or sales role preferred
Ideally we are looking for someone with a couple years of experience who knows they want to be a property manager.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Handling and Following up on Owner Leads
- Negotiating and implementing Owner Property Management contracts
- Cultivating strong relationships with both Property Owners and Tenants, and promptly addressing inquiries a they arise
- Showcasing available properties effectively, maximizing occupancy and executing leasing strategies efficiently
- Collaborating closely with maintenance teams for property upkeep
- Overseeing lease agreements, rent increases, and tenant coordination as required
- Maintain accurate records of all licensing activities using property management software
- Strategizing initiatives to boost occupancy rates and revenue growth
- Ensuring property regulations are enforced as needed
