Surrey, Canada North Western Property Maintenance Full time

**North Western Property Maintenance is looking for upbeat, reliable and organized landscape construction laborer for full time employment in Surrey BC.**

**We are a fast growing company that is looking for people who are willing to learn and grow every day and take on challenges. We currently operate Monday-Thursday (4 day work week) We offer the ability to take your education further in a trade related to the business. Having experience in landscape construction or a similar field is beneficial but not necessary.**

**We take pride in our company culture and are looking for an applicant who is willing to contribute to this. We are a company that is focused on education and hands on training for all of our employees and encourage having a variety of skills.**

**Starting Wage $21-$27/hr depending on experience.**

**Position Requirements**:

- **Excellent communication skills**:

- **Ability to lift 50LB+ consistently**:

- **Ability to wheelbarrow/shovel/rake on a daily basis**:

- **2 years experience completing synthetic grass installation and/or education in related field (beneficial but not necessary)**:

- **Strong physical ability**:

- **Shows up with a smile and great energy**:

- **Must be able to follow company procedures**:

- **Willing to go the extra mile, stay late to get the job done**:

- **Must be able to work Winter night shifts**:

- **Full Time position requiring 32+ hours a week**:

**Salary**: $21.00-$27.00 per hour
