**Rental Property Manager** **and Homeowner care specialist **to support our team. The Rental Property Manager is responsible for managing and organizing existing Rental properties and marketing for the same.

The sister comapny aids developers with building completion, homeowner deficiency inspections and key handover schedules during OP phase.

**Primary Job Responsibilities**:
Conduct homeowner walkthroughs and key handovers in new developments. Scheduling, filings and assisting in the marketing of properties You will be responsible for the relationship management with our owner's and tenants, handle day-to-day operational, maintenance, administrative and care. You will be leading RTB arbitrations

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Rental Management License in BC.
- Real Estate/Property Management field with a minimum of 2 year direct experience with the Residential Tenancy Board.
- A clear understanding of the rules and regulations of the Real Estate Services Act.
- Competence and confidence with all aspects pertaining to BC third party rental services
- Strong work ethic, self motivated and ability to learn.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Proficient in the use of computers and ability to learn new software.
- Strong problem solving and dispute resolution skills.
- Property management experience an asset.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Sales background is an assett.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
